RICK VAN DIJK

Tax lawyer Rick van Dijk founded Your Trust in 2011 with one clear goal in mind: to provide expert management of the Dutch branches of international companies. As Managing Director, he is responsible for the firm’s overall direction and leads its tight-knit team with pride and enthusiasm. First and foremost, however, he serves as an active director of managed companies. Rick’s clients benefit from his close personal involvement with their Dutch entities and the challenges they face, and in him they find a knowledgeable sparring partner with a broad range of interests. He is also responsible for assessing the fiscal acceptability of legal structures and transactions overseen by Your Trust.

In addition, as a member of the board of Holland Quaestor he is an active advocate of an ethical and sustainable Dutch trust sector. And he is a vigorous promoter of the Rotterdam region as a business location for international companies.

After reading Tax Law at Leiden University, Rick worked as fiscal adviser at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte and then in business development and customer relationship management at several large trust offices before launching his own firm in 2011.
